Help buying tickets

Many events have a limited number of tickets, so you should buy tickets in advance. If you have a membership card, you can also go in and get your free/discounted ticket at the same place. Then your place at the event is reserved, and you don’t have to stand in the ticket queue!

Remember to bring your discount voucher and show it when you arrive.

Do you want to register a user to take care of

Click on the event you want.

Select both the number of tickets and check the desired date.

Add to cart if you want more tickets, or just go to payment.

Enter customer information

If you wish, you can create a customer account to be able to buy tickets faster, create more addresses, and have the opportunity to see and track your purchases.
NOTE: here it may feel like you are doing the same thing twice: first enter your information, then you will receive a code by email or text message, which you will use when you log in again to activate your account.

Click on “I accept the terms of purchase (between the two black buttons) and proceed to secure payment.

Didn’t you receive a ticket in your email? This is often due to a typo in your email address. It doesn’t matter, if you have completed the payment, you have secured your ticket, and you are on our list! Contact us by email or at the reception when you arrive.

Did you lose your ticket? The ticket is fine, we will see you on the ticket list. Just contact us for confirmation.
